"There's nothing here to take for granted, with each breath that we take"

There's this girl I work with who I think likes me, but she's a bit too young for me, and not really my type. I don't really want to be the bad guy or anything, but I'm just kind of waiting for her to tell me about the whole situation before I do anything. So.. what should I do? =/
