Arguments all over the place. It seems like lately all I see around my friends and acquaintances is tension and arguing. Of course, being the blunt, down to earth, single guy I am all the “bros” come to tell me about their problems as if they’ve done nothing wrong, and later on all the ladies vent to me whining and complaining about their problems. It seems that with all the hormones and the need to fill life with drama are the two controlling factors of most young adult’s lives nowadays, and it’s that time of year where everyone decides to explode with both at once.

Lucky ol’ Alex happens to be that guy with no conflicts at the moment, nobody is close enough with him to get mad at him. The rainy points of the year always seem to bring the most emotion out of the people who surround me. Boy has it been a rainy month or two, it’s been almost nonstop, and I’m surprised it took this long for conflict to arise. Conflict’s not a problem though, I kind of enjoy being the shoulder to lean on, helping people through their problems. Just not when I’m being prodded by both sides, and am expected to pick a side. That’s not a strong suit, and not worth the trouble.

The world will keep going, even if everyone is a depressed, angry person for now.
